Within Kenya:

Standard Shipping (1-3 business days) for 350ksh

International Shipping DHL Express (7-14 business days) for 3,000ksh

Please note that Have A Good Trip is not responsible for any customs or import charges. International standard shipping can only be offered on items weighing up to 2KG.

Returns

All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.

Please note that returns are currently not free, and it is the full responsibility of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought from us. Additionally, we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit, and we strongly recommend that all returns are sent using recorded delivery.
